    An action role playing game by FromSoftware, marking the studio's debut on the PlayStation 4. It shares creative roots, as well as gameplay elements, with the Souls series.

    Stats

    There are 6 stats you can put your Blood Echoes (Souls) into in Blood Borne.

    1. Vitality - Governs your health bar

    2. Endurance - Governs your stamina bar (no equip load or item burden to worry about)

    3. Strength - Governs damage dealt with Strength weapons and damage dealt with some throwables (Pebbles for example, even though the bonus and base damages are very small). Some weapons will require a certain amount of Strength to use.

    4. Skill - Governs damage dealt with Skill (Dexterity) weapons and damage dealt with some throwables (Throwing Knives for example). Some weapons will require a certain amount of Skill to use

    5. Bloodtinge - Governs damage dealt with the Blood damage type. Mostly found on guns. Also found on weapons that can shoot bullets (The Rifle Spear for example which serves as both a spear and, when transformed, can shoot with the same button you use to shoot your weapon.)

    6. Arcane - Governs damage dealt with the Fire/Lightning (Bolt) damage types. Mostly found on off-hand weapons and equipment (Torches for example) but can also be found on Hunter Tools (buff items) as a pre-requisite before use.
